The questionnaire is the basis for admission. It is the same document for every company, whether applying as a Founding Member or later.
Before you start, read the Admission Criteria. All four conditions must hold: supplier side of the market, at least one Swiss production site, precision relevance, active Zefix registration. If one does not, the questionnaire will not change the verdict.
Estimated time: 45 minutes. You can save your progress and return. Have your quality manager and your current certificates at hand. Free-text answers may be in German, French, Italian, or English.
Nothing is invoiced before a PASS verdict. Applying creates no obligation.
